The Woodland Road Community Trust comprising of members from the Community Council and Woodland Road Sports Association along with the newly appointed Temporary Project Adviser are still in negotiations with Torfaen County Borough Council regarding the running of the Woodland Road site. The new organisation would run as a charity enabling bids to be made for grant funding to improve the facilities at the centre. The site is an important part of the community used by over 35,000 people each year, and that is why this commitment in time and funding from both parties has been essential. This website will keep residents updated on further developments as they happen.

Croesyceiliog & Llanyrafon Community Council aims to care for the community and take action in the interests of all residents that is desirable and practicable to enrich the quality of local life.
